SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do our best to process all orders same-day. If you purchase a ready-to-ship item, it will be sent within 2 business days of the order. All pre-orders will be shipped by the time listed on the product page. For custom orders, please contact email@example.com and allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your new swag. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in original packaging.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return or request a return label to be emailed to you.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
